SHEKHAWATI

The area of Shekhawati is north of Jaipur region, north-east of Haryana and west of Bikaner. It is semi-desert area but has many impressive Forts, Havelies(residental houses) of business men which have excellenfresco and wall paintings. Shekhawati is "open art gallary". Shekhawati today is very popular with foreign toutists. popular Places for toutists to stay is Nawalgarh, Dundlod and Mandawa.

CAMEL SAFARI


For toutists who love adventure we arrange Camel Safaries. With the expert knowledge and experience we offer our guests a unique way of seeing the countryside on camel back in a relaxed leisurely pace. We also provide camel carts. During the safari you stay in comfortable tented camps which will have all facilities. You meet colourful people of this area and also members of Ex-Royal families. We will have experienced escorts to be with the group during the safari. Each day approximately 20 to 30 kms is covered.

Besides Shekhawati, Camel Safaries can be arranged in the areas of Pushkar during Pushkar Fair and arround Jaisalmer.



HORSE SAFARI


Horse Safari can be arranged in the area of Shekhawati, a semi arid area. For Safari we provide, Marwari breed of horses and cover about 30 Kms a day . Stay is arranged in tented camp or old forts, which are now converted in heritage hotels. The duration of safari will be as desired by clients.

DUNDLOD


The impressive Fort with air-canditioned rooms with all facelities is the home of Rajvir Singh and his family. You will recieve Royal welcome. Rajvir Singh and his family members will show you around the massive Fort and explain how his fore fathers lived.

They will also show various haveles rich in fesco work. In the evening the family members will join you for dinner.

DUNDLOD village in Shekhawati is favourite tourist destination. It has an imposing castle, impressive Diwan Khana - main hall of the castle with portraits of the family members, and excellent rooms with all facilities. Dundlod also have many havelies, redentials mansions, with excellent fresco and wall paintings

Rajvir Singh belongs to Dundlod and is the owner of ancestral castle. In 1972 Rajvir Singh took VIP American tourist group to Dundlod whrer they received warm welcome from his father Rawal Harnath Singhji. and the Senior citizens of Dundlod.
